Oh hello, little blog! Long time, no see! In the spirit of the new year, I've decided to give this 'one-photo-a-day' business another shot. It's something I really, really, REALLY want to do, so hopefully this year I can make it past April 13th!
Between vowing to (and succeeding at) having the best senior year ever (well, at least the best Fall semester ever, as it turned out) to coming home early with a horrific case of mono, graduating from Binghamton and adjusting to my closest friends no longer being less than 10 minutes away at all times, moving back home permanently (for the time being -- this is stilllllll taking some serious getting used t0), starting my Masters at Hunter College and a million other tiny things in between, this past year was particularly crazy for me. I'm excited to see what 2011 has in store and I'm hoping that I'll stick to posting in this blog, as a way to process things as they happen. Or.. something like that. So anyway.
As you can see, the first photo of the year is a somewhat obligatory shot of our Christmas tree. It's going to be taken down in the next few days and I'll be really sad to see it go. We had sort of a rough start with it (picked it out SO late this year and due to a faulty tree stand, had it tip completely over -- disastrous!), but it turned out to be really beautiful.
That's all, I guess. Happy New Year, everyone!!
